 We’ve been delivering work-based learning since our start over 40 years ago in Sheffield.

Rebrands to Realise Learning and Employment. Wins and commences mobilisation of a large apprenticeship programme for the DWP

2021

Sue Kamal joins Realise as Chief People Officer, establishing the company's people-centric model.

2022

Completes acquisitions of FW Solutions and Training Plus Merseyside.

OFSTED inspections rates Realise as 'Good' across all categories. Realise wins £8.1m of adult education contracts

2024

Finalist at the Education Investor Awards and wins Best Apprenticeship in Education at the Apprenticeship Guide Awards

2025

Realise Training Group is formed and completes acquisition of Smart Gas Training.
